Cooler Master Sponsors the Collegiate Series


Cooler Master has partnered with the AVGL to sponsor collegiate esports at DreamHack Atlanta, one of the largest gaming festivals in North America with 35,000 attendees.


Cooler Master will provide a variety of product as prizing for collegiate esports tournaments which will be held on the main stage of the event. The competition includes the Grand Finals of the AVGL’s Community League of Legends Tournament on November 16th, which ran two weeks of online qualifiers among 90 colleges. Columbia College and Harrisburg University won the qualifiers and will compete in the Finals.


The AVGL will also run Fortnite grudge matches on November 17th among local collegiate rivals including:

  • Florida State
  • U of Kentucky
  • U of Tennessee, Knoxville
  • Missouri Baptist
  • Illinois Wesleyan
  • Illinois Tech
  • Louisiana State
  • Clemson
  • East Carolina
  • U of North Carolina, Charlotte
  • Kennesaw


Cooler Master is supporting the college teams with product and prizing for the competition. Products can be viewed and purchased on the Cooler Master Amazon Store.


All of the action will be livestreamed on Twitch.tv/dreamhack starting on November 16 at 2pm EST and on the 17th at 10am EST. The collegiate tournaments are part of the ‘DreamHack + AVGL Collegiate Series’, a collaboration between the AVGL and DreamHack to develop the largest collegiate esports events. To date, the tournaments have included over 400 teams, 3,000 matches, and 1MM+ viewers.
