All accounts in which the cheater has created / used will also be subject to the same suspension. CEVO bans any and all accounts operated by a user confirmed of cheating on atleast one of the accounts banned.[/quote] [quote][b]BAN EVASION[/b], Category 1 – Most bans for Ban Evasion are those from users serving lengthy bans, typically cheating bans. To combat and discourage this, CEVO can PERMANENTLY ban the ban evasion account and the original account banned for Cheating from CEVO and all 3rd party events ran through our portal. Unlike other leagues, users found Ban Evading under a Category 1 violation will have ALL matches they played in under the ban evasion account subjected to an OVERTURN.[/quote] [quote][b]BAN EVASION[/b], Category 2 – Users who ban evades less strict violations such as Ringing, Unsportsmanlike Conduct, etc. are subjected to the original ban evaded duration plus an additional 1 month. Users found continually playing with the same cheaters and/or ban evaders are subjected to this definition of a ban, as well as users who are found DDoSing servers or doing ANYTHING that can contribute to negativity on a large scale to our users.[/quote] [quote][b]PAYMENT FRAUD[/b] – Anytime a user issues a chargeback for a league fee or other paid service provided through the CEVO platform, they will face a 1 year suspension as a first time offense. Such offenses can be redeemed/removed if a new payment covering the original charged back funds is made within a 1 week period. Users who violate this rule as a 2nd offense can face permanent suspension from all CEVO platforms and events.[/quote] [quote][b]IMPERSONATING AN OFFICIAL[/b] - This ban name speaks for itself. The account used will be banned and if the actual user is known/found, they will also be banned. Ringer accounts are generally associated with the team captains when used and due to such, those captains also face penalties such as suspensions as listed in our rules. All matches in which a Ringer and/or Ringer Account is used is subjected to an OVERTURN.[/quote] [quote][b]MULTICLANNING[/b] – Any user actively found using 2 or more accounts on separate rosters during the same event (even if they are in different divisions or conferences) will be penalized for a multiclanning violation. All users who experience trouble accessing old accounts should contact support to have spare accounts recovered, or deactivated/removed from current rosters to avoid this ban as well.[/quote] [quote][b]INCOMPLETE/NO DEMOS[/b] (FREE DIVISION ONLY) – When requested, at any time CEVO may request Point of View demos from a user either due to a dispute, or that in which we call a “demo pull” dispute. Failure to upload your demos from the specified match will warrant match overturns and a systematic increase in suspension duration, stacking up to 3 times. After 6 months, the stacking will be removed. Users who engage in unsportsmanlike conduct are subject to suspension, potential match forfeits, or any other punishment that CEVO deems necessary. Dependent on the nature of the offense and how serious we take it, we grade such offenses in 3 categories. After 6 months, the stacking will be removed.
