Of course, we suggest that you add a 3-month CEVO MVP Season Pass when you checkout, but it's definitely not required.
for amateur league are the day for the single matches set in stone? or can we confirm a day with the other team because my some of my tm's has their jobs as like a on call sorta thing
In the Amateur division matches are scheduled once per week with a default time of Wednesday night at 9:00 PM (in the conference's time zone), but you are more than welcome to use the match scheduling thread to communicate with your opponent for that week and propose an alternate match time. If both teams agree, the default match time will be automatically changed to the mutually agreed upon time.

how many players per team? 5+stand in? If thats the case is there a decreased price? I don't want to have to pay the extra 7.50 for AM for someone who would only play in emergency.

You only need to pay for a player if they are going to play at some point during the season. You are more than welcome to add backups to your roster with unpaid status until they are needed, in which case you can make a payment for them right before the match. Let us know if you have any questions about this, and GL this season :)
If we have multiple people on our roster do we chose who we would have on our team when the games get scheduled? As long as a player is on your roster, they are eligible to connect to the game server and play at any time throughout the match. Obviously, you can have no more than five players connected at any given time, so if you want to make a substitution, the player must disconnect before the player replacing him/her can connect. Regarding finding a game server, if you don't already own a server, we strongly recommend that you consider upgrading to a premium skill division (A, IM, or M) where CEVO will provide you a game server automatically at the beginning of each match.
