**OFFICIAL CEVO CLIENT TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE**

Greetings, If your client does not launch, install, is missing elements or functionality in the launch window or you are having ingame verification issues, please follow these steps below. [b]BASICS:[/b] 1) Do not have ANY anti virus / firewall installed blocking your client. (these are typically Avira, Avast, Norton, Kaspersky, Webroot, etc) - Feel free to reinstall any programs after you manage to get the client to run properly and can complete ingame verification. 2) Download and run "Malwarebytes" (https://www.malwarebytes.org/) and make sure you have no malware/spyware on your computer interfering with the client operation typically occurring during launch. 3) Make sure your Windows OS is up to date. We [i][b]HIGHLY[/b][/i] recommend all listed "[u]Important[/u]" updates are downloaded and installed but even more importantly, anything related to .NET Framework in your "[u]Important[/u]" or "[u]Optional[/u]" updates are available. [b]If you have a pirated copy of Windows, we may not be able to help you regardless due to modifications related to the OS and our client relying on specific Windows services.[/b] [b]FPS DROPS/INPUT LAG:[/b] 1) Make sure that you are [b]NOT[/b] using the following Steam Launch Options with csgo: -high , -threads , -noborder . [b]ADVANCED:[/b] 1) Perform a full, clean client reinstall. Please go to %appdata%, %localappdata% and %programdata% folders and delete any folder and its contents named Celavimus, Celavimus3 or CEVO - afterwards download a brand new copy of our client found here - [url]http://cevo.com/hub/csgo/downloads/?_t=csgoclient[/url] 2) Do not have "Web Companion" or other software by Lavasoft installed on your PC, this is relevant to a small percentage of users. If any of the above does not work, please come into our Teamspeak3 Server - ts.cevo.com - for remote desktop support through Zoho (link will be provided in TS3 by an official) Thank you

FPS DROPS/INPUT LAG:
1) Make sure that you are NOT using the following Steam Launch Options with csgo: -high , -threads , -noborder .


ADVANCED:
1) Perform a full, clean client reinstall. Please go to %appdata%, %localappdata% and %programdata% folders and delete any folder and its contents named Celavimus, Celavimus3 or CEVO - afterwards download a brand new copy of our client found here - http://cevo.com/hub/csgo/downloads/?_t=csgoclient
